I worked with the Voke team for 2 years serving as their UX/UI Designer, and lending to development when needed. Voke is a Christian app that allows users to go through a video series called Aventures, and answer questions, or chat with peers about the video content.
Voke first came to me because they wanted to launch a new "Groups" feature to their app. My task started off as the main UI designer of the Groups experience. I worked directly with the product manager to gather requirements, and previous learnings to design an experience to walk through video content with a group of people.
Over the 2 years I helped design and build several campaign websites, I helped out the development team doing frontend web and mobile development when needed. I would primarily work in figma for all design tasks and React Native or Wordpress for development tasks.
